Doctor Hiba took detailed history, asked about complaints and expectations, then discussed the treatment plan. Treatment with painless and she made sure I understand aftercare. The clinic was welcoming and the staff were all attentive and caring.

It was all great. My only suggestion is that you specify on the doorbell or/and appointment which floor the clinic is on as I was wandering around trying to find it on the first 2 floors before having to ask someone where the clinic is in the building..right at the top.

Excellent service friendly staff and Doctor Hiba the best dermatologist!!!
