We were informed that there was a delay, but Miss McDonald ended up meeting with us earlier than predicted.

Had a little trouble getting the appointment not too far away in the future but I was lucky that when I phoned the secretary to confirm a booking, she was in the end able to bring me forward by 1 week.

She listened to my experiences with no judgment, showed empathy and kindness. The entire experience was good. Highly recommended!

Short of nursing staff. Very busy, seemed to be lots of NHS patients using the hospital as well

I was very happy with the attention and care that I received from Miss McDonald and the staff who looked after me

It was an absolute joy being taken care of by Dr McDonald. Her bedside manner is kind yet confident, she listens and takes the time to hear concerns and provide detailed answers, and I am in a much improved condition after her care.

Jean has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish - I was told by my GP that my condition was untreatable however after one consultation, Jean put on a plan that has completely cured my condition in only 4 months. Can't recommend highly enough!

Miss McDonald made me feel very comfortable during my consultation and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly.

Miss Jean McDonald helped me to understand my problem and advised me where to start from ( where NHS weren't so professional ). Will recommend to my friends and anybody who is in need (problem-solving in Urology)
