I was very satisfied with Dr. Todd care, mainly because I still don't speak English very well and she was very patient.

Quality of care was excellent, with the professional taking time to listen and ask questions from what I have said. Thorough in getting a medical background history, clear explanation of intended steps forward and potential treatment.

I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to Dr Todd. She is friendly, warm and professional. Is an expert in her field and goes beyond to help and get the right tests and treatment. She also explains everything in a way that's easily understood.

Staff needs a proper training

As much as I do not like to speak negatively about the NHS, I had a bad experience with an endocrinology team at an NHS hospital. Dr Todd was the first physician who listened to the entire history and had an explanation for all the symptoms and abnormal test results that I had.
