The whole appointment system from start to finish was great. The only reason I gave a 4 for wait time is because the diagnostic imagery department was very busy so it took a while to get a scan. Apart from that very pleased with the whole procedure

I was very impressed with my tele-consultation with Mr Crew last Thursday. He recommended that I had an MRI scan and a flow test and now, one week later I have not heard about either, in spite of Mr Crew's secretary chasing them up. Whilst this would not be much of an issue for GB residents, for non-residents arranging their itinerary around these appointments, this becomes increasingly inconvenient and may well require more awkward and more expensive travel.
