The medical side and outcome of my procedure was excellent. All the office and nursing staff were friendly. However my initial appt had been double booked with someone else. My "aftercare" email did not seem to have been sent till the day of my appt.

He was very friendly but dismissive of conditions I suggested without explaining why they could be ruled out. Poor admin, still awaiting my assessment letter.
