- I arrived at the hospital on 3rd Jan with a very serious, urological problem. I was seen very quickly by Mr Ng who listened intently to my story. He grasped the seriousness of the situation and after some thought came up with a Plan A to address it. He explained clearly and fully the implications. He has a remarkable ability to be both direct but reassuring and positive about the potential outcomes. I consider him an extraordinary individual to whom I consider I owe my life. Thank you.
- I arrived at Princess Grace hospital on Saturday 3rd with an extremely serious and life threatening urological condition. I was well received and seen very quickly by Mr Ng. He was totally professional, listened to my story very carefully and calmly, gave great thought to how to proceed, outlined for me in great detail a Plan A with a possible Plan B, should it be necessary. He made immediate arrangements to make me comfortable and has a remarkable ability to provide reassurance and positivity.
- Dr Ng is a very professional , knowledgeable and friendly doctor. He understands problems and advises in simple terms with easy to understand explanations. Always put at ease.
- Dr Ng has completely changed my life. Cystitis used to be a very real and overwhelming problem for me. Those who suffer from recurrent UTI's will understand that the physical pain gets to you just as much mentally - I was at a loss and miserable at just being offered the same antibiotics over and over again by GP's without any cure. Dr Ng prescribed me the Uromune vaccine (as well as other medication) and now I live life UTI free. Health is wealth - easily the best money I've ever spent.
- Dr. Ng was very informative and attentive to my condition he also was able to make me laugh and diffuse the seriousness of the situation. Extremely knowledgeable and kind.
- I recently saw Mr Ng and was very impressed with his approach. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything clearly. I felt that he genuinely listened to my concerns and provided balanced, evidence-based advice and gave me hope my condition can be treated.
- Very caring and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help me.
- Everything so far has been above my expectations.
- Dr Ng is the most wonderful doctors in the way he treats patient, the epitome of humanity and care. He makes the patient feel confident and comfortable, as if they were a member of his own family, not just a patient. We wish him all the best and continued success, because he
- Mr Ng's treatment helped to an extent, but is expensive (15-16k). He keeps patients dependent by refusing to teach self-treatment. He charges for even basic information, is inconsistent, unprofessional and dismissive. Better, more ethical options exist with full patient autonomy.
