Dr Ng saved my sanity. He diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis when I struggled with pain, frequent toilet visits, constant discomfort and needed some hope that I’ll get better. Few weeks after treatment and I’m a new person! All symptoms gone! Thank you!!!!

What an absolutely fantastic consultant. Mr Ng provided a very clear and concise description of my symptoms and possible complications in a very reassuring, friendly and professional manner. It was a pleasure to meet him and I have the utmost trust in this gentleman.

Impressive knowledge and thorough approach combined with a friendly, relaxed manner to put a patient at ease.

Dr Keng is very attentive and professional.After doing a few tests, he suggested the solution to my ongoing problem with chronic cystitis without antibiotics.It is the first time in 7 years when I feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I’ve had Interstitial Cystitis for years and after a particularly painful flare up I saw Mr Ng. He was hugely kind and informative. The meds started to work quickly and I now understand that his recommended course of treatment will give me back my life.

I was 1st treated by Mr Ng 2003 up to 2011, returning 2020 as I find him highly professional & approachable. He has always explained everything clearly & fully.

The waiting room was small and humid with no ventilation - I had to wait outside as I was too hot.

Blown away! Dr. Ng almost straight away had an idea what my issue is, and made me feel super comfortable. Very optimistic that he'll be able to "fix me"!
