One word "ANGEL" saw Mr Sinclair after admittance via A&E with Pancreatitis. Mr Sinclair listened, diagnosed, acted, & communicated - which I had not had with other Drs after 6 years of attacks.. All I can say is THANK YOU you genuinely changed my life.

Appt made via Benenden (BUPA) who gave me a list of consultants to chose from. First consultation took place 15th March and short wait for appts to be available. Absolutely splendid on all fronts and two weeks after surgery all looks good. Recommended.

Many thanks for your recommendation. Our capacity for face-to-face appointments has been affected by Covid regulations. We have introduced video and telephone consultation to improve this and Nuffield has increased the number of consulting rooms. We hope this will ensure rapid access to appointments.

Very pleased with how well my treatment and operation was handled. I must also mention Laura who was prompt and efficient dealing with appointments and keeping me up to date.

I cannot comment on bedside manner as I only had two telephone consultations with Mr Sinclair due to Corvid19. His manner was polite respectful very experienced and targeted at my symptoms . He basically steered the way through my diagnosis
