Amazing surgeon, was wonderful with my daughter and with us. She’s a whole new person with almost no pain post procedure apart from directly after (which is fully expected) and we are so pleased about her recovery so far.

Mr Kuo was lovely with our daughter, who had glue ear. He is very friendly and approachable, and our 18m daughter was not intimidated at all. Following the diagnosis, Mr Kuo managed to fit her into a list the following weekend for grommets. Amazing experience.

Mr Kuo was amazing. We had our consultation at the Birmingham Children's Hospital. He built an instant rapport with our child, making him feel at ease throughout the consultation, as well as explaining the needful information to us as parents. Great surgeon, my son loved him.

Having had problems with my daughters ear when flying, Michael Kuo was recommended to us. He was simply brilliant from start to finish, he gave us great confidence that our daughter was in safe hands and squeezed us in to perform the operation as he knew we had a holiday planned.

Brilliant ENT with an excellent ability to engage with our four year old and put him at ease. He was able to rapidly identify the issue with our sons Adenoids and hearing, which was missed by our GP. Terrific medical knowledge, communication and customer service. Recommended.
