It can at some times of the day be very difficult to find a parking space in the McIndoe Centre car park.

The Secretarial team were super helpful and responsive. Mr Elalfy reviewed my cataract surgery needs with me carefully and sympathetically. He then performed the perfect surgery giving me 20/20 vision. It is wonderful not to need contacts or glasses anymore.

I recently had my cataracts done by Mr Elalfy. He was so welcoming from initial pre-assessment to theatre and follow up. Mr Elalfy was so professional and instilled confidence as I was very nervous. The operation itself was gentle and I am extremely pleased with the results.

All my treatment was carried out at the McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead, which has it’s own private car park. Normally everything runs on time but if you have to wait free coffee is available. Mr Elalfy’s staff are great, especially Nikki, always so cheerful.

Mr Elalfy is a consummate professional. From my first meeting with him to the follow up post procedure he was professional and put me at ease. He explained in great detail the options I had along with recovery times etc. I would recommend him highly.

More comfortable chairs in waiting areas. Should there be delay in being seen an explanatory visit and short chat by nurse or staff member would be helpful and soothing rather than being left alone in room for a long time unable to see tele or read.

I found the service I recieved from Dr Elalfy very good , having expirenced problems with surgery elsewhere , he sorted out those problems and reassured me to go on and complete my treatment . Lovely person with a very high skill set in optical surgery

My dad went to see Dr Elalfy about his eye condition. He is attentive, analytical and very knowledgeable. We were able to discuss at length our concerns and he went above and beyond to have our questions answered. Excellent service.

I just had to write in to explain how truly invaluable Mr. Elalfy’s cataract and intraocular lens surgery has been for me. Not only did he fit in my procedure in super-fast time but he went beyond to allow me to have a more tailored procedure by not insisting on pain blocking injections. Mr. Elalfy allowed for me to have pain relief eye drops throughout my surgery and I felt absolutely no pain at all. He was very caring and understanding and for the first time in my life I was able to see the faces of my loved ones clearly without glasses. This has been a truly life changing experience and I would highly recommend Mr. Elalfy to anyone interested in regaining their sight.
