- Mr Madi was the consummate professional. He listened carefully and set out the options in an understandable way. He was clear and concise. He gives off an assured confidence which is needed in a pre-op situation!. He was attentive in post op and in the follow up 12 weeks later. I hope I don't need another op but if I did I would go straight to Mr Madi. He is also kind and considerate and did not make me feel like I was just 'another patient'. Thank you!!!!
