Excellent service. Made me feel very welcome, and was very thorough with his assessment.

A very kind gentleman. Calm and respectful. I found his explanation of my issue helpful. He advised onward referral to NHS services as he was not able to address the issue himself, which in private practice demonstrates trustworthiness I would definitely recommend.

I have been in Mr. Yodaiken's clinic since 2012, and I value his advice and care very much. Mr Yodaiken has a very professional and yet very friendly relationship with me as a patient, and from what I observed, with all of his patients.

The opticians is quite small and was busy, most people were not wearing masks. I felt very uncomfortable with this.

Thanks for your positive feedback. I would like to point out to you that I only hire a room in the facility and have no control over the patrons or the staff. The staff work behind plastic shields. I will pass your feedback onto them and hopefully they will be able to make some positive changes. Many thanks

The treatment I have received since attending the Dry Eyes Clinic has been fantastic!. Mr Yodaiken is extremely knowledgeable, caring & listens to his patients.
