I probably thought about getting a reduction for at least 2-3 years, the reason I did not take any action was because 1. There wasn't much information at the time about the surgery or anyone that had documented their procedure online that I could look into on social media platforms etc. The second reason being I didn't think it was something that would be accessible to me at that time either. I was unhappy with the way my body looked so just learnt to live with hating them I guess. It wasn't until I lost 3 stone and saw a video from someone on youtube that had had surgery with Mr Jallali that I then researched further and decided it was something I really wanted to do. My main reasons were more cosmetic than any other reason - they did not look like how a 28 year old breasts 'should' look they were very saggy the skin was loose and they just looked awful and were too big and I had lost lots of weight and they now did not go with my body. Buying clothes 2 or 3 sizes bigger than my actual size to fit my breasts, underwear and swimwear shopping was horrendous with nothing ever fitting correctly. I found a video on youtube from a social media influencer who had had the same procedure I was interested in. Then I spoke with Mr Jallali and just knew I wanted him to carry out my procedure. I'll never forget him saying to me in our face to face consultation 'you will always want to go topless' I loved his confidence and his experience in his field speaks for itself. I just felt really confident in Mr Jallali and trusted him. The whole process was lovely and I am glad I didn't go anywhere else, I could ask 1 million questions and Charlotte would always get back to me. I was so nervous on the day of surgery and due to Covid was alone - however because I was going down quite early I didn't feel like I had much time to really sit and over think the procedure and what was happening because it all happened so quickly. I would LOVE to do again as I had a great time (which everyone finds strange) Everyone who I came into contact with was so polite, kind and made me feel at ease. I guess the team in theatre could sense anxiousness and they ease you out of that feeling by making you feel comfortable and taking your mind off of what is going on and having a joke and chatting to me. Charlotte also came in on her birthday which was a lovely thing to do and EVEN filmed the experience for me and knowing she was there made me feel more at ease too. I expected to be bed bound, not able to shower and in so much pain so no the recovery was not as I expected. I was lucky and had barely any pain - I was sent home with strong painkillers that I only took days two and three post op to sleep as I struggled sleeping! I could get up walk and move around with ease just being careful with my arm movements. What actually shocked me the most was that I could shower THE NEXT DAY!!!!! This is still unbelievable to me now!! I recommend Mr Jallali to most people I speak to about this procedure, I set up an Instagram account after my op to speak to girls in a similar situation to me and show scar progress and updates and give an honest view of the process from start to finish. Mr Jallali and his team are second to none! I would definitely come back if I wanted another surgical procedure in the future. Charlotte Mr Jallali's PA is an absolute credit to him too - she gives the process a personal touch and I still keep in contact with her now. I will forever be grateful to Mr Jallali as he has honestly changed my life and my body confidence. I am a completely different person to who I was before I had the op. Do not sit on having it done, trust me it is one of the best things I have ever done and I wish I didn't wait and had it done years ago. 100% worth every single penny and the best thing I have probably ever spent my money on. I have never had a surgery before so deciding to have a breasts lift procedure was probably the toughest but the best decision I have made so far. After doing my research, in order to find the best surgeon that could do the surgery that was about to change my life and the way I see myself forever, I chose Dr Jallali based on his many years of experience, talent and professionalism and the highly rated google reviews. Best choice I could ever make as he is by far the best surgeon in the world. My breasts are now perfect in size and shape and I have gained the confidence in myself as a woman, confidence that I have lost so many years ago. The pain after the surgery was very bearable and it lasted the first week. The hospital conditions were great and the day staff who took care of me before and after the surgery helped me a lot especially mentally. PA Charlotte was very supportive, she was always there for me and she still is, ensuring at least once a week that things are going well for me. She is the perfect combination friendly/professional which helped me a lot in my journey. I do recommend Dr Jallali and his professional wonderful team, with all my heart.
