Professor Tolley is clearly a highly regarded expert in his field. I was very fortunate to be treated by Professor Tolley at the hospital of St John and St Elizabeth when I was admitted with glandular fever and prolific lymphadenitis in November 2023. Professor Tolley always conducted himself in a calm, confident and professional manner. I was back on my feet and feeling well again in just a few days. Professor Tolley performed a hemi thyroidectomy on me in 2006 and I haven’t had any problems since. So when I needed a parathyroidectomy I knew where to come and knew that I was in safe hands. Vicki his PA is also EXCELLENT and is the rock of the Prof’s practice.

Dr Neil Tolly approach to my hearing problem was very prompt and considerate. He is a very polite and hamble person asking the right questions to understand illness. He also operated on our son some 18 years ago to remove seriously infected Adnoids and our son is very successful in his education graduating from Cambridge in 2024. If it was not for Dr Neil Tolly, our sone health and growth would have been adversely affected as we have witnessed with other children in similar condition.
