Nick is a highly skilled surgeon and very personable guy. I felt very relaxed and assured about choosing him for my upper eyelid procedure. I would certainly use him again if need be and recommend him to others. My eyelids had begun to give me a tired look in my mid-late 40s which bugged me. I had lines in my forehead too brought on by over-expressing and raising my eyelids all the time when talking to people, which I seemed to do automatically and subconsciously. The procedure itself seemed to go very well and recovery was surprisingly quick. I am delighted with the final outcome, the result has taken years off my face. I also no longer lift my brow to express myself when talking, and as a result the frown lines on my forehead have almost disappeared, an absolute bonus to the result which I hadn’t expected.

I saw Dr Moutroumanous on 12th October 2021. He was able to cure the problem and at the same time was kind enough to agree that despite being almost 90 I was fit enough to ski dive.

Lower eye lid rectified as it had drooped due to facial palsy from a brain tumour. Tissue removed from my upper eye lid and a brow lift to alleviate drooping. It is miraculous! I can now see and have no discomfort. Mr. Koutroumanos was fantastic!

I met Dr Koutroumanos after having had 29 unsuccessful surgeries due to a medical error during my birth . I started to develop problems with my lower eyelid and tear-duct so I needed to see a specialist in this matter. After seeing 2 Consultant Ophthalmologists my hopes of getting better were diminished as they did not listen or consulted me . Dr Koutroumanos was the first doctor in my 36 years of life who paid attention to my needs. I remember when I left his clinic I stopped on the corridor, shocked that someone finally paid attention and was so willing to help. His communication is absolutely brilliant. The day of my surgery arrived and after I was able to stand up I was looking for a mirror. Every time i have had surgery I have opened up the dressing to see the results and have been so disappointed. Well did not happen this time - as I opened up the bandage and saw instantly the wonderful results that I had been waiting for for so long. I said wow and I started to cry, my tears celebrating a huge success, thanks to Dr K. Finally after 30 surgeries I am so happy and so grateful for everything he has done for me . The surgery was successful thanks to this wonderful human being who despite his professionalism , skills and knowledge is a very empathetic , caring person. Dr. Koutroumanos removed a small chalazion from my eyelid and the procedure has been perfect. He excised the cyst with no pain and left no scar. Minimum post-op recovery and there is no sign of the chalazion anymore! I can only be so thankful!

Mr Nick Koutroumanos has performed my right upper eyelid anterior levator repair for congenital ptosis. To translate it into the human language, I had my right upper eyelid dropped significantly. I was born with this condition, but it was getting worse with an age. I was incredible lucky to meet Nick. He has explained to me all procedure, all pros and cons, what I can expect after surgery.
