Mr Nkwam immediately at the first appointment put me at ease, clearly explained the procedure and set an agreed date. His bedside manner was caring and in my case on two occasions wen t out of this way to ensure I was comfortable. I feel fortunate to have been treated by him.

Mr Nkwam was courteous and demonstrated a caring and equally professional manner during my consultation. He allowed room for my questions and his responses were reassuring considering I had some anxiety over the unknown coming into the consultation. Other staff were nice too!
