The gamma knife surgery was not a nice experience, but because of the wonderful staff and Mr Grovers explanation into what will happen, it made everything ok

I was received outstanding service from Mr Grover following a recurrence of a vestibular Schwannoma. Mr Grover was absolutely brilliant throughout pre & post surgery. My operation took place at the fantastic Hospital for Neurosurgery,WC1

Mr Grover is excellent. Some of the conditions at NHNN were less than ideal with Covid etc. The nursing staff and therapists were excellent. Thank you to all. The Duty Doctor on 26 April was not so helpful.
