Mr Skinner has been absolutely instrumental in helping me to get on top of my symptoms. He is very knowledgeable but at the same time will listen to what I have to say and my preferred treatment path, using the least invasive procedure if possible.

By far the best doctor. A genuine guy. Very funny and puts you at ease. But knows when to talk serious and caring and knows his stuff better than anyone. Can trust and know you’re in the best hands.

Whilst I'm not a wussy person, Mr Skinner's bedside manner is astonishingly good. - Warm, reflective and perceptive. Issue immeditaely diagnosed (GP had it wrong) and operation total success. Had been warned it would be painful for a week + - didn't feel a thing! A fine surgeon.

Great care and understanding of my needs explained procedure fully and patiently.

Received by a main reception who was abrupt to say the least and witnessed his manner with a client in front of me before I experienced the same. Pleased this was a complete contrast to the whole team who took care of me during the procedure who were better than fantastic.

Mr Skinner is highly regarded by his peers and patients, everyone I mentioned him to spoke well about him . He's at the top of his game; extremely skilled, humble, compassionate and respectful and felt in safe hands throughout everything from consultations to surgery. Amazing.

Mr Skinner is an excellent communicator and immediately put me at ease. I was impressed that he remembered me from an operation he had performed at his NHS base back in 2009! Maggie Freeborn was very helpful in arranging my admission and explaining the process. Ample parking

I would have no issue in recommending Paul Skinner to anyone needing surgery. His approach is very empathetic, caring and thorough. As a patient, he quickly put me at ease explaining my problem and the surgery needed to correct it, which was successful.
