Fantastic performance by the whole team from arrival check in to departing everyone was friendly helpful and professional . The doc himself explained in detail and answered my questions fully . In theatre staff were appropriately humorous.

A very nice man , who listens & does not keep looking at his watch wanting you to shut-up & go. He explains things & show's you the diagram's on the computer. Put you at ease. Pity there are not more Doctors like him
