Sarah was extremely beneficial to the development of myself as a person, improvement of my mental health over the course of just over a year. She's wonderfully professional and pragmatic, which allowed us to explore a variety of approaches and methods.

Dr. Barker took a friendly and professional approach to address my concerns. She provided exercises and questions that helped me take a more measured approach to handle issues in life. I am happier and can strongly recommend Dr. Barker and the methods she proposes.
