Myself and my daughter have been coming here a while and always been treated very well. Staff are amazing friendly and the eye tests every easy and Mr Shakeel Puri is very sincere, makes you very relaxed and goes above and beyond to talk and explain everything. I would 100% recommend chase eye care. Prices are very affordable for all families. Even was offered coffee ,biscuits and treats. Very friendly atmosphere and very professional

Fantastic experience by a top notch professional, Mr Shakeel Puri. I recommend anyone of any age with any eye problems to consult professionals at Chase Eyecare. I was seen very quickly after I was sent by emergency NHS Eye care, WELL DONE to the whole team, loved the coffee it's divine. I will come here with my family for any further eye care as it was much better than all my previous Optician/Optometrist. Five stars Practice.

After taking my daughter to two other eyecare providers before chase eyecare, the glasses she received didn't seem to help until seeing Mr Shakeel Puri at chase eyecare, it's clear to see that after seeing Mr Shakeel Puri and getting the tinted lenses her vision is 100% better, would definitely reccomend.

Excellent service provided for my daughter the consultant Mr Puri and all staff members always take time to interact and put my daughter at ease. Good choice of glasses for her also especially when her glasses broke and were replaced straight away.

Ive been coming to this chase eye care for quite a few years always felt welcome staff are brilliant and so friendly its definitely a safe place to bring family to have there eyes checked I wouldn’t go to another place highly recommended. Mr Puri puts my children and myself in best of care and we feel we have the best eye test here. Have the smartest and elegant glasses and a maximum choice which are very affordable for families.

Each time is a great experience; all the staff are kind and knowledgeable making each visit easy and stress free throughout the entire process from the eye exam with the consultant, being able to have in depth conversations about the condition of my eyesight as well as the help of picking and fitting of new frames afterwards with the dispensing team.

Could not recommend Chase Eyecare enough, completely changed my boys life. All staff are very welcoming and put my nervous boy at ease. Mr Shakeel Puri is the best optician we've ever seen so friendly and fun!

After a terrible experience a few doors down I came to the practice looking for help, my children desperately needed an eye test that I could trust.... 2 years later we are still visiting Mr. Puri, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would recommend to parents, carers and anyone who needs excellent eye test they can rely on. The staff are excellent with the children, they will work to any budget and have a lab onsite so if your little ones have an accident they will quickly sort it out. The test itself is through and when my little boy needed a test but couldnt read letters they did every test to fit him! Recommend , i couldnt enough if i tried!!!

Absolutely wonderful care!!! Always attend with both of my additional needs children now as our first visit 4 years ago was amazing. The eye consultant Mr Puri was amazing with him. Took his time, talked them through everything, kept reassuring them all the way through and took a laid back approach making it fun for them. Even that ladies on the reception area are lovely, they played with my boys, spent time looking through millions of glasses and understood the needs of my children. They even reassured me that the boys were OK when I was worrying about how talkative and attention seeking. All in all I couldn't have asked for more and am so glad I chose this opticians. We return now whenever eye tests are required!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone but if you have children that need a little bit of understanding, these are for you!!!

The chase eye care team are very caring for there patients, I have been with them my whole life. I have the best eye tests here and highly recommend chase eye care to all, my sight has improved alot since I first came here and wouldn't have it any other way.

Would definitely recommend for young children, they are so patient with my young daughters and nothing is too much trouble. Very quick and simple to get repairs to the children's glasses. Mr Puri puts them at ease and is very patient especially at their first ever eye check.

Girls on the desk are amazing. Help full on so many things. Change in broken glasses at last moment to booking our next appointment. My daughter going for under England 14 golf. Asking for contact lenses now they are looking into it for us to make it easier. I recommend them to family and friends.

I am normally quite nervous in new situations and after a bad experience elsewhere I was nervous at visiting another opticians. From the outset I was made to feel comfortable by the Chase Eyecare team. The ladies are so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease, you feel like you're visiting with friends rather than going for an appointment. Mr Puri is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer and explain any questions I had during my eye examination. Louise sat down with me for a while so we could choose the best frame, which was a while with my indecisivenes, and I wasn't made to feel rushed at all. I have been seeing Mr Puri for some years now. He spotted a bleed in my left eye and I was able to go to New Cross to receive laser treatment which stopped it. Today I noticed some ‘floaters’ in my right eye which I was worried about. He saw me as an emergency. Fortunately there was not a problem. But my mind was put at rest. I would recommend the practice to families and friends.

Since attending Chase Eye Care, my daughter has improved with her reading, writing and general learning. Mr Shakeel Puri prescribed my daughter with special glasses and without requiring further assessments, she has been able gain more confidence in her work at school since using them and is starting to thrive. I would 100% recommend chase eye care to all families.
