Tonic and Dr award have changed my life. I am now so much healthier in body and mind. Dr Award is very helpful and explained everything to me. Bedside manner is amazing he made me feel so relaxed .

Absolutely outstanding level of care and service. Only slight negative in my case was Mr Awad said he’d contact my partner when I was through the Op and this didn’t happen for whatever reason. She had to call herself to put her mid at rest.

This doesn't really give the space to say everything I want to but Mr Awad is an excellent surgeon. Very informative and reassuring making it easy to put my complete faith in him. I would reccomend him to anyone.

Mr Awad is an amazing consultant, he’s very friendly and approachable. Tonic - an amazing team, and have always been able to answer my questions. My only niggle, was my room at Burcot Hall, for the amount of money I spent it was basic, with no heating.

Mr Awad made me feel completely at ease about the procedure (VSG) and I had no hesitation in proceeding with him as my surgeon from our very first consultation.

From my very first enquiry Mr Awad was helpful and answered my questions and took time to go through the procedure. I had a wobble about a month or so before surgery and he and his secretary were very speedy and helpful in addressing my concerns.

Only having had a c-section previously my experience with consultant left me traumatised. Whilst very knowledgeable I felt they didn’t have good people skills, however Mr Awad has restored my faith, his knowledge, care & bedside manner was second to none
