Found procedure quite painful. Not the doctors fault but thought procedure might have been better under a general rather than sedation.

In my 71 years of being medically treated, this has been by far the best treatment I have ever received, both by Dr. Chin and Claire Lambert(his secretary). The treatment and courteous service I received was outstanding.

I received my treatment under the NHS at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester and cannot fault Dr Chin and his team or the hospital. My ablation has been life changing & I am once again able to live an active life. I had a 12 month wait but it was during the difficult Covid times.

Excellent, fast service. Got a really quick consultation appointment. And then further investigations arranged quickly as well. Good communication and clear explanations at every step. I will most certainly be using this service again.

Other than waiting time being on the longer side and i'll add that was due to NHS rather than Dr Chin everything else was Excellent and would whole heartedly recommend Dr Chin

Would highly recommend due to the level of care and accuracy. I came in for an ablation and was high risk due to several factors. Complications were encountered and the care received was top level. Words cannot express our gratitude.

When speaking with Dr Shui Hao Chin he was always courteous and sincere when speaking explaining in a way that one could understand.

Dr Chin took away all the nerves I had on the day of my operation , to have work on your heart whilst awake is the most scariest procedure to go through. All the way through he was telling me what he was doing and the effects I would feel to keep me calm

Dr Chin explained the procedure before I went down he spoke to me throughout the procedure and came to see me when I got back on the ward Very professional I felt in very safe hands Dr Sharon Man also was in the procedure and she also was excellent

My son had a very positive experience for his surgery yesterday. The staff were considerate and approachable and helpful. My sons autism was handled with care. The surgeon was amazing, he made us feel at ease and the final outcome is what we’d hoped for.

Dr. Chin was exceptional. He had an excellent bedside manner, whilst in the theatre he kept me informed as to what he was doing. Having had a full list for the day, he came to my bedside in the evening to tell me how the op had gone. A true proffessional.
