This was an online consultation. She skirted over my real issues including thyroid dysfunction and premature menopause and concerns, and no specialist advice. Spent most of the time trying to sell a weightless injection which she claimed to have no shares in. Hugely dissapointed

Dr Arshad was a very kind and approachable doctor. She understood the semantics of women's health very well, and was very focused on me getting better and preventing further issues before they start. I felt like I could be open and tell her everything. Would highly recommend.

Dr Arshad really listens. She takes time with you to understand. Her advice is realistic and she is mindful of cost if you are self-funding.

One of a kind professional. She listened very carefully to my symptoms and gave informative explanations accordingly sharing her knowledge about my thyroid problem with me very kindly. She is a God given blessing to her patients and will definitely be of great help to the NHS .

I have had a chance to consult Dr. Arshad who has been found very competent and professional. The way she explains everything to her patients and treats them is commendable. Highly recommended consultant!

communication between different personal assistants is poor which can make appt + follow up difficult to navigate

Dr Arshad is simply superb. She really listened to my concerns, clearly explained the treatment and is happy to answer all my questions. I can’t recommend her enough!

My son is severely disabled and the lift at the Sloane has been out of order for months. We had to have a makeshift meeting in a MRI scanning room

Thanks for your valuable feedback. I will pass it on the hospital management and this may motivate them to fix the lift promptly to make hospital more disabled friendly. I also encourage you to write to them directly raising these valid concerns.

I wouldn't recommend Dr Arshad. I expressed concerns about severe insomnia and miscarriage and got shown a meditation video on YouTube I could use. I was then asked to make the transfer of £250 in front of her, whilst still trying to explain symptoms. This was a waste of money :(

I am extremely sorry to hear that your recollection about your Endocrine consultation is only watching a video and that you feel unheard and rushed. I always give full 30 mins to all new patients, that includes listening to them and going through any investigations they had and then answering their questions. I then write a letter to them outlining our discussion and what we agreed on. Fees for initial and follow up consultations are very clearly marked on this website. I wish you would have contacted us directly about your concerns from the consultation and I would have tried my best to meet your expectations. As the feed back is anonymous, I am unable to read your letter to see what I explained to you in 30 mins. Showing you a video must have been at the end of the consultation. I am interested in knowing how would you have liked to pay for the consultation as you have displayed dislike for the system we have currently. I encourage you to contact us directly and if possible please provide answers to the following 1, Were you given full 30 mins ? 2, Were you aware of the cost of initial consultation ? 3, Did you receive a letter after the clinic consultation. 4, Have we provided you contact details to contact us directly ? 5, Was there a reversible Endocrine cause that I refused to treat ? Thanks for your valuable feedback. I agree sometimes that wait time can be improved. I have taken your feedback very seriously and now mostly rearrange clinics for patients who are late to their appointments so the ones who are on time don't have to wait. Although its not always possible due to the nature of our job, and lots of human factors interfere but we will continue to improve. Thanks.

I found Dr Arshad to be very friendly and welcoming and very easy to talk to. She was very straight forward with her diagnosis and opinion and provided a treatment plan immediately. Very pleased with this service so far.

Dr Arshad has been incredible during my consultations with her. She is the first consultant I've seen that actually listens! She is efficient and always takes the time to come back to you.
