I can only use the word ‘excellent’ to describe all the interactions with Mr Chitale. All the diagnostics were done very quickly and treatment started immediately. He has an excellent beside manner , which gave me a lot of comfort. Highly recommended.

Mr. Sudhanshu Chitale was wonderful. I was having a circumcision and it was naturally quite a scary procedure to approach, however Mr. Chitale laid out all the different types of ways we could go about it and ensured I understood the process fully. The operation was great! 5*!

Arrived in A&E with kidney stones that required surgery.Met Mr Chitale who was extremely sympathetic explaining clearly the surgical process. Post surgery he was very supportive guiding me through lithotripsy. Could not have asked for a better kinder consultant than Mr Chitale.

I was a patient of Dr Chitale for an adult circumcision. He was great from the beginning, clearly explaining my options, the procedure and aftercare during my consultation. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the recovery was far better than I ever expected!

Dr Chitale is outstanding and can't speak highly enough of him. I have seen him for consultations at 16 Devonshire Street and unfortunately the reception staff are not welcoming and appropriate for a high-end medical facility.

Dr Chitale was God sent for me during the holiday Christmas time of 2021. I got kidney stone pain which was unbearable. Dr Chitale agreed to speak to me within few hours and sorted everything for me to start lithotripsy treatment. Highly recommended Doctor.

Mr Chitale is a very experienced, outstanding consultant. He’s very thorough in his investigations and explains everything in as much detail as you want in a friendly and patient manner. He's very organised and always readily available and responsive by SMS/ WhatsApp etc.

Mr Chitale was amazing from the outset. Professional, courteous, reassuring and funny which really helped! However it was the personal touches that really stood out for me, some examples include, 1. making the time to call in the evening to take me through the investigations, results and the surgery in detail and putting me at ease at each step. 2. calling my wife himself to let her know I was out of surgery was greatly appreciated The aftercare put in place was simply second to none. A calm experience from start to finish which was a relief, given the seriousness of my surgery. I will be extremely grateful to him for enabling me to live my life to the full.

Dr Chitale is one of the finest medical professional/ Urologist i have come across. He is always available for his patients and helped me in my most needy times very promptly. I feel very fortunate to have my treatment under him and highly regards him.

I didn't feel like a valued patient throughout the session. It was like a barrage and questions back to back and the doctor seemed to be in a rush. I will give it another go but I would not expect this type to behaviour in the private sector.

I really felt like he did a proper job and helped me understand everything I wanted to know. I was lucky to have had him as my doctor!

Dr. Chitale is a kind and very knowledgeable medical professional who actually listens to his patient. He helped me to treat an UTI which lasted a year, and although at first it seemed that little progress was being made, in the end, I was back in shape.
