Efficient, effective and reassuring

The doctor gave a very honest opinion on my condition. Checked the effected shoulder thoroughly. Explained with drawings on the computer where the problem is and the solution.

I was in a sorry state when I first went to see Ms Alexander but I had confidence in her straightaway. She fixed my shoulder and gave me back the use of my arm. She's a charming, kind and lovely lady and I can't speak highly enough of her and the staff.

Exceptional level of service. It was quick and efficient but all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Alexander did a thorough examination and gave a diagnosis and treatment plan that worked within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend her.

From initial consultation, to surgery and post surgery I was well looked after. Brilliant co-ordination and communication at every stage. My specific lifestyle was understood. In my case shoulder surgery was the best option. 3 months post surgery active lifestyle is fully back.
