An excellent experience

Everything about the appointment from the welcome the facilities the reception and all staff. Dr Solanki was exceptional and listened and did not feel rushed in anyway. Start to finish and we got answers we needed. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful to discuss diagnosis about which I was anxious with informed, experienced professional rather than wait 5 weeks for face to face GP appointment. Discussion of appropriate treatment & have confidence about the way forward was invaluable.

The condition was explained in detail and a lot of information was taken before the way forward was reached. The doctor took forward what was needed for injections to be provided at home. Pain management was discussed and prescription written.

I am very pleased that I saw Dr Solanki after he was recommended to me by two friends who had been reassured by him. One of them feels that his life was saved by him. He is an excellent physician with a friendly and professional attitude.

Very helpful consultation - welcomed the attentive listening and felt very comfortable throughout.

The waiting area was joint for all visiting patients it was a little intimidating . Dr Tarun personally called us in to his consulting area , very good. he was patient ,listened , answered all questions honestly and with understanding . Good quiet manners

Quite shy. Could open up a bit more. Obviously very competent and caring but has to be careful not to criticise the NHS.

We found him to a very professional & extremely knowledgeable person. My wife was more than happy to follow his proposed treatment plan ( she gave him 10 out of ten).

Clear exposition of opinions and diagnosis. Reassuring but made it clear there was the opportunity for further investigation if patient remained concerned, which encourages patient to feel well supported. Extremely pleasant and calm professional manner.

My GP suggested I pay to see Dr Solanki after telling me of my poor DEXA scan result. Otherwise he would write to Dr Solanki, and pass his comments to me. I chose to see Dr Solanki but he had no details of me whatsoever. I wish I had asked more questions.

I was happy with his manner and how he directed the appointment.

Steps to front of building difficult for those with limited mobility. Consultation was efficient and personalised. My father has dementia but was treated with respect and inclusion in the consultation.

An excellent interview very informative and well presented in simple terms.

Kind and thoughtful, working at the appropriate speed for a 96 year old. The patient felt that she had been properly listened too and agree with the solutions offered. We all had confidence in Dr Solanki

Very productive meeting. We came away with advice on three levels - medical, physical and spiritual. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and follow up appointment arranged.

Dr Solanski and the nurse in attendance were very good. My sister is going through a difficult time but she left the appointment feeling reassured.

Dr Solanki showed interest in my problem, took copious notes and explained at length what he felt should be done by way of additional treatment for osteoporosis. His suggestions for lessening my back pain where possible were gratefully received.

Mr Solanki was attentive and listened to all our concerns. He was straight forward and yet gentle when discussing next moves and possible outcomes.

Dr Solanki gave me a thorough examination and explained his findings to me in a very helpful way.

Very helpful advice

An appointment within 8 days. Dr Solanki listened intently to me and very thorough and reassuring. I received a follow up review letter within 7 days of my consultation. Efficient and professional consultant.

Experienced, competent and caring. Demonstrated tact and sensitivity in dealing with my elderly father and his considerable memory loss. My father’s dignity maintained throughout the diagnostic consultation.

Dr Solanki is very reassuring and explains things to me very clearly. He is a very caring doctor. I trust him.

Dr Tarun Solanki was an incredibly nice doctor. If I had to say anything negative I found one of the receptionists rather rude on 2 occasions and she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her day. A shame as all other staff were wonderful.
