Fantastic service from start to finish. Really helpful secretary and nothing was to much bother for her. Dr Dawson has really helped our daughter and has excellent knowledge and experience! Highly recommend and would visit again!

Very friendly doctor. He took time to listen carefully about my baby's eczema condition and answered our many questions. And the main thing we waited only 2 weeks to have an appointment instead of 2 months for nhs dermatologist..

Could not fault Dr Dawson from start to finish. Gave us more information about our baby than we’ve received from taking her back and forth for 8 months at our doctors. Despise the 2 hour plus journey there we would 100% return to see Dr Dawson if ever needed to again.

A friendly and professional Doctor, who was wonderful with my 6 year old daughter. Dr Dawson came highly recommended from my daughters ENT surgeon. It was worth the 1 hour drive from Leicester to Birmingham.

location not ideal for parents with prams - the pram needed to be carried upstairs. No hand wash in toilets.

Dr Dawson is very professional, he asked lots of questions about my son’s general health as well as his struggles with hay fever & family history. He checked my son & informed me about all options. We will be going back to have relevant tests to see which treatment will suit

Dr Dawson saw my son for allergic type symptoms that were having a severe impact on hls life. We were able to get an appointment extremely quickly, the consultation was very thorough with a detailed report sent promptly. We felt listened to and left feeling reasurred and hopeful.

We met Dr Tom Dawson at his allergy clinic due to my daughters eczema. I felt he really listened to my concerns and carried out a thorough examination including taking background info. His diagnosis and plan was clear and I have already seen an improvement in my daughters skin.

I can’t thank Dr Dawson enough for all he did for us. He was trustworthy, great at listening to our worries and really informative. He was really honest with us about specific symptoms and what that meant for us going forward and the best next steps. A really lovely, kind doctor.

Dr Dawson was kind, welcoming and made us feel at ease. He listened to us and addressed all of our questions and concerns. All of the staff at the clinic were friendly and welcoming too. The clinic ran on time. Overall we had a very good experience.

All I can say is I wish we had seen Dr Tom Dawson sooner! He is an absolute natural with little ones, made us feel listened to and has given us a plan to get things moving in the right direction.

Very happy with the consultation. The doctor was excellent with my son and had very good knowledge of the topic at hand. He either had superior knowledge, more time to explain things or both compared with previous consultations

Dr Dawson was a real pleasure to see, he took the time to listen to us and go into detail about the allergies my son could have. We didn't feel rushed and treated us both with the upmost respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see an allergy specialist!
