It was disappointing that the office 'forgot' to let the nursing staff know that Mr Lewis was ready in the theatre and I had to be rushed to the operation.

5 stars for Mr Trystan Lewis, consultation was brilliant. No stars for the company “Top Doctors “. They gave me an already taken appointment time. Luckily Mr Lewis’s very helpful secretary booked me in for a correct time appointment. As usual a go between company gets in the way.

Very friendly & personable. Did not unnecessarily suggest surgery as no pain present, see how things go and if situation worsens return for further consideration. Would not hesitate in seeing Mr Lewis again.
