I’d definitely recommend him... I had a rash diagnosed as rosacea for 9 yrs. He agreed with me that this seemed to be a misdiagnosis, listened, gave me great insight into what it may be - showing genuine interest and empathy. I'm currently deciding upon next steps as recommended.

Dr elangasinghe was fantastic and made me feel extremely at ease. He went into thorough detail with my issue and showed that he really cared about getting me the proper diagnosis and the treatment that I need.

Dr Elangasinghe filled me with confidence, was friendly, took the time to explain and listen. His secretary was also extremely helpful and professional.

I was delighted with all aspects of my dealings with Dr Elangasinghe, from my first consultation to my final diagnosis.
