I would suggest that sedation is offered to patients who have elected to have both legs treated at the same time, especially if they are having avulsions EVLA and foam sclerotherapy all on the same day. I don't think local anaesthetic is quite enough.

Very good experience, glad now that I went ahead with the operation now pain free from very bad varicose veins , bruising afterwards was very bad ,but can’t believe how in six weeks how much better they are .

Yes, would thoroughly recommend this doctor. Knowledgeable, thorough and completely cleared my calf up. I had endovenus laser, mutiple stab avulsion and fibrovein injection, and for someone scared of needles found the experience non challenging .
