The Queen Square (Gamma Knife) Radiosurgery Centre is one of two (alongside the Thornbury Radiosurgery Centre in Sheffield) highly specialised and exceptionally regarded National Centres of Excellence in the UK when it comes to offering patients Gamma Knife surgery. The clinic was established in 2012 and officially joined the Amethyst Group in 2020. Led by revered consultant neurosurgeon, Mr Neil Kitchen, the Queen Square Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Centre offers private and international patients treatment services for conditions such as secondary metastatic brain tumours, trigeminal neuralgia, cavernoma, arteriovenous malformation, pituitary tumours, and various skull-based tumours including meningioma, acoustic neuroma / vestibular schwanomma.
