First vist I made the reception people had not advised I had arrived but Mr Hamouda was ready and waiting for me so valuable time was wasted, i.e. 20 minutes! Second visit fine.

Top marks for Dr Hamouda. I felt safe and very cared for throughout the whole situation start to end. The only feedback I have is that it would have felt reassuring to have had a visit from Dr H straight after surgery on the day of, just to say all went well. Thank you again.
