Doctor Malik was very direct and kind with me from the first minute! My partner is British, but my English is not great, nevertheless, he made me feel calm and comfortable with his patient manner, which allowed me to explain my problem. As a hearing impaired person, I had a middle ear infection and I guessed it was due to improper cleaning by a private company. I asked the GP in vain to fix the root of the problem. Apart from giving me antibiotics, they refused to deal with me... and the problem still persisted! (Hissing, crackling sounds in the ears, pressure in my ears, piercing pains...) So after a long search and because of the good reviews, I chose this private doctor. I don't regret it! He removed safely the debris from the eardrum, which is otherwise very dangerous terrain. He did this so precisely and painlessly, wow! In addition, he gave countless useful instructions for my future. If you have any concerns about your ears, don't hesitate to choose Dr Vikas Malik.

Mr Malik was friendly and put us at ease straight away. He was kind, caring and listened to all of our worries and concerns. We were giveall the time we needed and at no point did we feel rushed. We both left the consult feeling positive and grateful. Follow up was excellent too.
