Mr Joby John is the first doctor that spoke to my like a real person & explained what was wrong and what I needed to do until I see him again in eight weeks. It’s took 8 months to get to this stage had a face-to-face appointment with a real person.

I was referred by my GP and very quickly had a consultation with Mr Joby John.. He showed me my X-ray and explained the need for a total hip replacement, the expected wait time and recovery. At all times he asked if I understood what the operation entail
