Mr John Butler

Mr John Butler is a highly respected consultant gynaecological surgeon based at the esteemed London International Patient Service (LIPS) clinic in London’s Harley Street District. He is accredited as both a specialist gynaecologist and sub-specialist in gynaecological oncology by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He is renowned for his expertise in gynaecological cancers and laparoscopic surgery.

Mr Butler qualified in medicine in 2000 from St. Mary’s Hospital and went on to undertake specialist training in oncology and gynaecology at St. Bart’s and The Royal Marsden hospitals. Alongside his clinical responsibilities, Mr Butler maintains an active interest in research and holds a number of senior positions, including as lead clinician for the International Cancer Benchmarking Partnership and is a member of Cancer Research UK’s early diagnosis committee.
