The only thing that could have been improved was the lack of parking

Excellent and informative service provided by Dr Pitts Crick.

I waited approximately 45mins for my appointment and although the Doctor rushed out to let me know there was a delay I was directed to an empty coffee machine, reception were not very well trained about how to provide a good patient journey in my opinion.

A very positive experience with Doctor and staff but the building felt very small with very narrow corridors and small waiting room.

Refreshing to find a consultant ready to spend time to understand the issues

dr. pitts crick and i had a zoom call so some of these questions do not apply but my overall experience was excellent. his warmth, expertise and ability to explain things clearly and in depth was deeply appreciated. i can only imagine this being heightened when in person.

I had a zoom consultation with Dr Pitts Crick and he was generous with his time . It was very reassuring and I was very impressed with his manner , he is very easy to talk too. A very satisfying consultation.

The consultation went very well. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I have a plan for ongoing treatment.
