They day went really well. There was a lot of waiting due to scan etc but I was very well looked after by the team. Emma and Dan specifically were brilliant.

Treatment is ongoing.

After travelling 2 hours to meet him, with intense pain and as a self funding patient, he only gave me 5 minutes of his time. Only talked about surgery when clearly I was upset, I just wanted some sort of answers or help. No empathy shown. Instead I left his office crying.

Excellent - professional yet friendly , helpful ,and made you feel at ease informative re the process you were going through nothing was too much trouble and made the day much easier to deal with and more of a pleasurable experience thank you Mr Radatz

Very reassuring consultant. His experience and communication skills make you feel very in very safe hands and within his team. I will require further treatment in the future and will definitely ask for his advice before proceeding.

The staff were so lovely and chatty and helpful. They were always asking if I wanted or needed anything. So nice.
