I can recommend all above but the admin system is below par. There isn’t backup support when admin staff are off sick or on holiday. I have left messages to secretary and it gave on answer message she was off until Monday 22/8/22. It is 23rd and nothing

I am so sorry our admin system let us down; your feedback on this is invaluable and we have now changed our processes and updated our contact details to use the Spire's direct booking line which will enable patients to book appointments by calling them Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

After a protracted and stressful appointment booking process it was a relief to speak to Miss West and her colleague Mrs Leary. They are both very professional, kind and understanding. I have every faith in their diagnosis and proposed treatment.

Only critics was I had to wait 20 mins after my appointment time, this in itself was acceptable but I did not know if they were aware I had arrived. A meet and greet would be good even if it were accompanied with a message of a short delay
