Doctor did not know what the appointment was for and asked me what I wanted to know. I presumed they would provide me with their own information and next steps after I provided a description of symptoms. I kind of felt like I was guessing about what I needed to ask

Mr Morapudi is a fabulous surgeon who takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Appointments were prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend The Spire Macclesfield and Mr Morapudi as a consultant.

Telephone consultation- PT 2 I arranged a telephone consultation to discuss my results with Dr Abouzeid and we agreed on a plan for surgery. He answered all of my question and understood my need to have the surgery I needed done as a matter of urgency. I had a date very soon after this telephone call conversation.

Initial consultation PT 1, Dr Abouzeid was highly recommended to me by a previous patient. I booked an initial consultation and on meeting him immediately felt at ease. He took a detailed history of my condition and I had a physical examination. The latter was conducted to the highest professional standard and I felt my dignity was well preserved. When he gave me his medical opinion on my options for my condition he told me about the pros and cons of each procedure and answered all my questions. I felt he genuinely cared about my distress over my condition and I trusted from the onset that he could and would help me.
