Miss Aimee Di Marco is a leading consultant thyroid and endocrine surgeon in London, who specialises in and practises exclusively thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgery.  She is an expert in thyroid cancer, parathyroid disease, thyroid nodules, the surgical management of hyperthyroidism and adrenal disease.

Miss Di Marco qualified from the University of Cambridge and Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in 2004 with distinction. She underwent basic and higher surgical training in London. Miss Di Marco was awarded a doctorate in 2016 from Imperial College London for her work on surgical technology.

In 2017 Miss Di Marco became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and was awarded the ASGBI gold medal for outstanding performance. She undertook the prestigious T.S Reeve Fellowship in the endocrine surgery unit of Sydney University at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, Australia before returning back to London.

Miss Di Marco is actively involved in teaching and research. She has co-authored over 25 peer-reviewed research papers.

She sees patients at the Lister Hospital in Chiswick and Chelsea and at Imperial Private Healthcare at the Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals.  She has regular private clinics but may also be available at others times - please contact her PA to discuss your requirements.
