Dr Catherine Lunken is a London-based consultant physician who specialises in diabetes and lipid metabolism. She manages all aspects of type 1 and type 2 diabetes which may involve the use of insulin pumps, weight management, complications and associated risks. Apart from her clinical work she also holds the esteemed post of clinical lead for Familial Hypercholesterolaemia at University College London Hospital Trust. She is also involved in teaching and is an honorary senior lecturer at University College London.
