After this, he worked at various esteemed medical establishments such as Kingston Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London. He also spent six years on the Oxford Specialist Registrar Rotation in T&O before beginning his consultant role at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

Mr Davies, who has as an international children's fellowship at The Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney, Australia, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England), is the author of the successful FRCS (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons) exam book, 'FRCS Trauma and Orthopaedics Viva'
