Dr Parveen Chand

Dr Parveen Chand is a respected consultant psychiatrist (CAMHS) based in Nottingham, with a special interest in neurodevelopmental conditions including ASD, ADHD and tic disorders. She specialises in psychiatry and mental health care for both children and adolescents and practises at Mindfulness Health Solutions.

After qualifying in medicine in 2006, Dr Chand pursued specialty training in psychiatry, completing a postgraduate diploma with Madras Medical College’s Psychiatry Residency Program in 2010. She has since obtained membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in London and has served as a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Saudi Arabia and Northern Ireland for a number of years. Dr Chand has been based at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation NHS Foundation Trust since 2019. In 2022, she was awarded postgraduate certification in medical education from the University of Nottingham.
