Fungi, parasites and warts are skin disorders caused by the presence of different infectious agents that manifest themselves in different areas of the body. Warts are skin lesions produced by the presence of human papilloma virus and is usually located on the hands, soles of the feet and genitals. On the other hand, there is a lot of skin parasites such as scabies, lice or ticks and fleas, which can infect different parts of the body. Finally, there is also a multitude of fungi that infect the body and develop in the skin, hair and nails, causing common symptoms such as redness, itching, burning, peeling or blistering different body sites. Among the most common conditions include:the foot fungus, such as athlete's foot or ringworm of the nails;and genitals fungi, which depending on the case can cause great discomfort and irritation in the area. The treatment of fungi depends on their typology and location but typically may include good hygiene in the area and administration of antifungal medications orally or topically.
