Dr Husam Wassati

Dr Husam Wassati is a leading consultant head and neck and neuroradiologist based in London. Dr Wassati is highly experienced in a wide range of diagnostic imaging scans, with his areas of expertise including head & neck ultrasound, MRIs, CT scans, neuroimaging, diagnostic radiology, and thyroid ultrasound.
 
Dr Wassati currently practises privately at Sidcup MRI Unit in London, part of Alliance Medical. He is also a consultant radiologist at the King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
 
Dr Wassati first qualified with an MNBChB in 2009, before going on to receive his FRCR from the Royal College of Radiologists. He completed his clinical radiology specialist training in Leicester and Nottingham.
 
He has previously held the position of Neurosurgery Senior House Officer at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, and was also a neurosurgeon at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.  
 
He is a member of various prestigious societies, including the Royal College of Radiologists, the British Society of Head and Neck Imaging, the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
