Dr Paul Joseph Loughlin is a leading psychiatrist who sees patients at Cardinal Clinic, BMI The Princess Margaret Hospital and Brighter Spaces. Dr Loughlin treats bipolar disorder, cognitive and memory disorders, depression, including treatment-resistant depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder and psychoses.
