Dr Malcolm Prentice is a leading London consultant endocrinologist, who specialises in all thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders. In 1991 he set up one of the first in the UK to set up a one-stop thyroid nodule clinic with ultrasound. He is the co-author of the national guidelines for the management of differentiated thyroid cancer, and started the national training course for thyroid ultrasound and biopsy, alongside the Royal College of Radiologists. Alongside his clinical work, he has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in medical journals.
