Miss Sarah McMahon is a highly accomplished and experienced consultant paediatric orthopaedic and limb reconstruction surgeon who possesses a substantial amount of expertise in limb lengthening, hip fractures, hip pain, knee surgery, knee fractures, and flat feet in children. She is currently based at The Portland Hospital. 

Miss McMahon, who has a special interest in limb lengthening, deformity correction, and reconstruction in children, completed her specialist training in London and Edinburgh after successfully graduating from UCL Medical School in 2003. Her surgical rotations, based at St Bartholomew's Hospital and The Royal London Hospital, were focused on children's orthopaedics, trauma, and deformity. She undertook the National Fellowship in Children's Orthopaedics at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital before going on to complete a further fellowship in Trauma and Limb Reconstruction at King's College Hospital. 

Miss McMahon also specialises in children's joint problems, and is a current member of the Royal College of Surgeons England. She has actively carried out investigative research in relation to paediatric orthopaedic surgery throughout her career to date.
